This new coffee is dedicated to the memory of Team Pacori member Barry Troutman. Barry’s daughter, Kim, reached out to us on social media to share this story:

“The first order I can find from Caffe Pacori was 12/22/2010, I ordered from you every year since, until this past year. My dad loved your coffee, and this was my Christmas gift to him every year. Back when I started, you had sampler packs of all the different roasts you made, then years later you slimmed down your choices and I bought 1lb bags of each roast for him. My dad passed away in November 2021, He would have loved your new flavor. It was very hard not placing his order for Christmas.”
